@@hunterthejokethegamerandst5567Half True. If you control a monster while you have scale 13 in place, you cannot pendulum summon. which makes sense, otherwise Scale 13 and Scale 0 would get a lot more play

Why...the voice.....😫 WHY ARE DUB YGO VOICES OFTEN SO WIERD OR AWFUL. i love yugioh both sub and dub but that is the second worst dub voice i heard from ygo Edit: 3rd worst. I forgor about odions child dub voice.
