Do you recommend using the folded T-shirt as the listing thumbnail or the full view of the tee as the thumbnail? Also do you recommend using a person wearing the tee in the thumbnail?

Hi Deb! Always enjoy your videos! However, I have to warn you that the necklace length photo & statement don’t always ring true. I make jewelry and had a neighbor model a necklace. The charm hit her much higher near the neck, whereas when I wore it, the charm hit further down on me. I finally figured out that because she was more of an athletic build, her neck was larger and took up more of the chain slack. So a size 16” chain might look different on people with different builds than the model. In this case it would be prudent to have text by the photo instructing how a customer should measure for correct size. 😊

Hi Deb! I like your tips videos. I use to watch it's really very helpful. I have a question that I do give all information but still not getting any sale. My shop is like more than a year old still I have got only 7 sale 🙃 I'm not able to find out what exactly the problem with my shop no what I should do? I really need your advice.

Hi Deb, This video was innovative for me. Would you say that the first picture could be a photo with measurements, for instance (I make pottery)? Or wouldn't you think that?

Hi Sharon! Lead with a strong photo showing your customer what your product is. Then visually introduce the other benefits and specs of your work in your other listing photos, like measurements, etc. I hope this helps!
