@@FIoydFan But when a cop fires his/her service weapon and hits an innocent bystander, he/she won't be charged with manslaugter. They get a "whoopsie" and a promotion with raise.
That helps the lawsuit in the end that the chief said that on a recorded call and at least one of the officers already know who he is. It's proof they are now deliberately violating his rights.
If someone makes a complaint to the PD they have to check it out no matter what, especially if firearms are involved in the report, because if they didn't respond to the call, there would be hell to pay if something serious happened !
@@Roger-gm9tl it is not illegal to respond to a call. a citizen was exercizing his constitutional rights and they knew that instantly when they arrived. no problem if they just did their jobs properly and moved on to crime fighting. if i'm on the civil jury, the cop who already illegally arrested him and charges were dropped cannot argue anymore that he believes he is carrying out the law. he knows he is breaking the law when he arrives and proceeds to harass. he should lose qualified immunity for knowingly breaking the law. there is a small chance i COULD be called for jury in one of AF's cases.

He’s already lost 3 times in Federal Court. In Fl it is illegal to open carry with few exceptions. There different Federal Court cases have ruled against him saying LE has a right to detain and investigate the open carry violation until his affirmative defense that he is fishing.

US Supreme court ruled that officers cannot be annoyed or harassed while in their official capacity. As long as they have that uniform on, the have to deal with it.

@@half-breed There should be no immunity period. Immunity gives "them" the power to violate citizens rights over and over again letting tax payers pay for their incompetence. If they were liable to pay for their mistakes maybe they would learn the law prior to becoming an officer or pick a different profession all together.
