Chocolate buttercream with cocoa powder
• Plain buttercream (links below) 453g | 16oz | 1 LB
• Cocoa powder 45g | 1.6oz
• Heavy cream 90g | 3.2oz
• Salt A few pinches
• (Optional: Vanilla, expresso powder, etc.)
The ratio:
Buttercream : Cocoa powder : Heavy cream = 1 : 1/10 : 1/5
Chocolate buttercream with melted chocolate
• Plain buttercream (links below) 453g | 16oz | 1 LB
• Chocolate (Melted, I used 60%) 226g | 8oz
• Heavy cream 56g | 2oz
• Salt A few pinches
• (Optional: Vanilla, expresso powder, etc.)
The ratio:
Buttercream : Melted chocolate : Heavy cream = 1 : 1/2 : 1/8
