Great advice about taking it easy and letting people help you. I was feeling good a couple of weeks after my VSG and bent down to pick something up too fast. I had major soreness at one incision for several days after. It can definitely set you back and your incisions are so much bigger.
I can probably put the Phoenix Yellow Pages under my pannus right now - TT on Wed! My TT, MR, Flanks Lipo & Hernia Repair will be $25K. Bc the Hernia Repair wouldn’t necessarily be something Galvaz would do and bc it’s kinda complex and covered by my ins somewhat, getting that all done in Scottsdale by a board certified PS. But Arms/Thighs by Galvaz is probably a consideration. Sent a Quote Request to him - website says it can take 3 months for a reply. I wouldn’t be ready for that till mid to late 2021 anyway. I forgot to ask whether you got Exparel shots for post-op pain with your TT or Arm/Leg lifts. My PS charges $500 extra for that. Some surgeons include it in the main price and it’s kind of a “given” that their patients will get it. Grace is now a Bootie Girl!! (My bootie doesn’t need any “help,” so that’ll save some $.)
