2 - World Barista Championship - Espresso Evaluation 

The evaluation of drinks in the World Barista Championship can be difficult to understand. Historically it has been unclear what the judges are looking for and how to prepare for this competition.
My hope with these videos is to provide clarity on how any why the WBC is judged the way it is, as these insights have also been inaccessible to many.
