I have seen last video and I have called golden key company first they are asking the sqfeet size and after that thay decided they will not ready to do small size first off all 2 thing they will not ready to construct only ground floor they are ready to do only 2 ,3 ,4 floor level building and in video they are doing wrong promise about that we will built home for poor peoples I video he just acting so smartly as genuine person

Beri hollu if u ask quote. He will for middle class people 600sqfeet he won't take project. He needs minimum of 1200sqfeet above.

Not recommended for people who are willing to build a budget friendly house in less than 1000sqft. They made us wait for 2 hours to have a conversation and promised for site visit with 3 days later no response from them, when we followed up they said they have signed 5 projects and kept our project on hold for 6 month. Worst experience we travelled 20km from our place to their office, they are not capable of handling more than 5 projects.

Quality of materials is very important, they may not using good quality cement or steel, for example Sagar cement or Janata cement or A-1 Steel rods, these are not good quality materials and these materials come from Andhra Pradesh so prices construction cost will come down.

If your land is more than 1200 sqft they charge 1550 per sqft, if it is below 1200 then they charge 1750 per sqft. It is all about business strategy. Not recommended had very bad experience
