Or when Heath Ledger in the 'Batman: The Dark Knight Returns'. In the scene where he's in the jail cell, you have the one part where commissioner Gordon is getting his promotion and everyone claps. Then you see the Joker start clapping, but Heath Ledger actually came up with that on the spot, and everyone went with it.

Heath Ledger while he was the Joker in Batman: Dark Knight. The stunt crew missed their cue and instead of filming the rest of the scene Ledger decided to play with his detonator until the stunt crew blew up the rest of the hospital.

Yeah, I'm surprised Ledger's joker didn't make the cut. The clapping and the hospital scenes are some of the best in the movie.
