I did because I was used to dip my legs while cleanng and payed for 6 months. My left knee was in the way of the wrecking ball. Suitcase walk starts with one arm deadlift, and halo is one of so few rotational moves that are suitable for kettlebells, effective and useful, also healing the shoulders.
@@lisapet160 yes and the farmers carry starts with trap style deadlift that means you don't need the to deadlift? Club shield casts and mace casts are far more superior from halo
