Many many years ago they had a restaurant just eggs. So many different eggs. Race Street fish sold fish which I miss. San Jose always made good food.

oh my gosh...i love omelette...i think i need to try this! one day of course. the biggest omelett i made for myself were 15 eggs and a lot of beans(after an old recipe of my father). but 20? never tried to eat so much eggs ;) but yeah i would love to try it. good work Raina :D well done.
