The quality of these videos is getting better and better. The subtle energetic music in the background, the laughs in between, and yet totally on point informative and professional. That's how you present data in an entertaining way.
Great video - Thank You! I freaking love all your videos & the content is awesome! Thank You so much for all the time you both put into making such enjoyable videos!
Firstly, great vid. Secondly, phwoar Loz looking strong as ever but strikingly lean here. Looking like the hench geezer at the axe throwing place that only needs a glance to keep the cheeky lot in line. In fact, axe throwing vid in the future?
Nr. 13, you can't say both to keep an eye at the leader after day one and then who leads after the first 2 events. Last Arnolds, Hafthor was leading after the first 2 events and Mateusz was leading after day one.
Yes, we were just comparing the guys that are competing in this years show 🙂 it’s a difficult one though as half the field haven’t done this event before.
I was about to comment the same thing! I think we might be interpreting it wrong though, and maybe it was meant as the person in 2nd overall? Either way, Jerry's run was epic! And it definitely needs to be highlighted more 👌
I can see Novikov matching the timber carry record. He had a blistering time at one of the giants live shows this last year. He is ridiculously fast in that event.
Novikov is unpredictable and an amazing athlete - he might do it! On the other hand, I think the ASC Timber Carry is much harder than the Giant's Live one because it's uphill and heavier weight and that doesn't suit Oleksii as much.
Don't think he will, Arnolds' frame is without straps and Novikov has sometimes struggled with the grip on heavy farmers/frame. For example at WUS he dropped the farmers just before the finish
@@Dwiegman I actually agree. I didn't realize it was without straps . Novikov does struggle with grip events occasionally. I think the straps benefit him more than anyone.
@UCTgH-vnKvfOKE3fdYwvYBWg he also couldn't finish the frame at wsm this last year either. If it were a strapped event I would give him a shot at it but not strapless. I forgot the Arnold's don't do suits and straps.
This is by far the best strongman discussion/community channel! Awesome insight from a legend like Big Loz and so much community interaction :) PS: I have 2 suggestions for talking strongman; Matt Rhodes or Glenn Ross
I agree with your suggestion for Glenn to be on the series, but not Matt. Matt has a shady website that is poorly managed, and he deletes comments from his RU-vid videos because he “disagrees with” them, even though they are true.
Comment. Already liked the channel (well, like the video and subbed, can't like the channel technically). Now I shall do my thing... ...I just mean getting a glass of wine and watching another Big Loz video.
@@gabbeskillz6262 wtf are you talking about?? Why does Brian fans come up with these stupid conspiracy theory all the time? I remember people saying Martins and Brian hated each other the other day
@@gabrielpichorim8191 when did I say I was a Brian Shaw fan? It's just so weird that Evan wouldn't be invited and someone like Luke Stoltman who likewise has zero Arnold experience would be invited.
@@gabbeskillz6262 because Luke won a major trophy last year. Evan did well at the one day giants show which aren't anything special. They're entertaining but a completely different level then the Arnold's. Also rob was given the spot because he competed at the Arnold's before the pandemic. Once they start up the qualifiers things might change.
@@gio1369 Evan won two shows last year and ESM was lower tier than Manchester. I also don't know why you're talking about ESM being a multi day show when it wasn't. Evan is also stronger than Luke as well.
