Thank you for a great new workout! I did the whole thing using 10 lb. weights! I started with you using 5 lbs. so this is a big win for me! I am doing more strength workouts to help combat my Osteoporosis! Thank you so very much!

Thank you both - had to improvise with my sore wrist and used my kettlebell for some of the routines. As usual,a great workout. I need to improve my strength training due to wrist problems lost a lot of strength in my arms and muscles too. I pray these exercises will help me to improve my strength.

This might sound silly, but I do not want to grow/build my obliques… would I just substitute a regular plank during that portion? How would I make it more challenging?
