Nice, got a few ideas from this, thanks. Never knew about Clean and Press. I do that on my way up doing Military Press / Overhead Press, didn't know there was a name for that movement. LOL.
Great workout! I don’t have a barbell…well I do but it’s on hooks and I use it for my chin ups. Anyways, was able to do with dumbbells and an ab roller, just as effective and kicked my ass! Thanks again as always! Have an amazing day!💪🏻💪🏻
