Hello ❤ I have just discovered your channel and I love all of your workouts. I'd like to ask you which ones you recommend for when we're menstruating? I'm mostly interested in yoga and pilates classes that are shorter than 50 mns and the movements help with cramps & flexibility. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hey Sophia, thank you so much 😍 this really depends on how you're feeling - some women enjoy a stronger pilates workout when on their period as they say it can help relieve cramps.. Others need to take a few complete rest days or do some gentle yoga 😊 I personally enjoy gentle yoga flows during this time such as my bedtime yoga practices.. But just listen to your body and what it needs, thats always the best ❤️
