Hello, I am Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist.
Today, we prepared a 20-minute full-body workout at the intermediate level. In one round, it is configured in the form of performing beginner-level movements first and then performing the same intermediate-level exercises, so it would be okay not to do a separate warm-up exercise. However, foam roller massage and stretching are recommended before exercise!

Hi from Perú 🇵🇪 I'm a mon 46 years old. left the gym 6 months ago. Due to lack of time and money I could not return to the Gym. I thought I would suffer a lot if I resumed due to lack of exercise. what I like about those routines, - that want people or not, - you are introducing to them "invisible" stretching techniques from yoga + it helps also stomach + guts. Kudos, Jae-ho

wow. I would like to say thank you for watching my lacking video. This video is a mix of beginner and intermediate intensities. As you get more used to it, we recommend that you try the Intermediate Routine. Afterwards, increasing the intensity by adding weight loads with appropriate dumbbells or kettlebells will also be very effective. Think of it as doing each routine for about 3 weeks.

Nice workout, is it possible to build muscles or better say to keep muscles doing this every morning for 20 min, actually i'm going to gym 3 times a week and i'm not in a bad shape, but due to the lack of time and some times traveling, i don't have access to gym every day and i don't want to quit and lose my muscles, i appreciate for any advise! thanks in advance.

Hi Dear Honestly fat burning exercises will not build muscles but you can add on your exercises you can do three days cardio and three days strength training ..Thanks....

In the case of full-body circulation exercise, you can expect the effect of full-body endurance and aerobic exercise purposes and physical strength maintenance.

영상학적 진단으로 구조적으로 문제가 없다고 하시는 것을 보니 운동 동작에서 문제점이나 운동손상증후군 등으로 유추할 수 있겠지만 원인과 분석방법에 대해서는 너무나 다양해서 오프라인에서 평가를 진행하지 않는다면 제한적으로만 설명이 가능할 거 같습니다. 가장 일반적이고 많이 관찰되는 케이스로는 점프와 런닝을 많이 하는 운동선수나 외반슬 경향이 강한 분들은 무릎 외측 마찰로 인한 장경인대염이나 증후군들을 관찰될 수 있는데 그 정도의 활동량을 가진 대상자는 생각보다 많지는 않다고 생각됩니다. 보통 대퇴전면부 근육과 외측부 장경인대와 대퇴근막장근육들을 이완시켜 주고 대퇴내측광근을 근력강화 시켜주는 식으로 많이 보강운동을 해주는데요. 그러한 조치를 취한 후에도 증상 변화가 없다면 좀 더 운동역학과 운동조절을 관찰해 볼 필요가 있을 거 같습니다. 강황 보충제 효광 대한 얘기는 어렴풋이 들어봤는데 아직 섭취해보지는 않았습니다. ^ ^
