I teach seniors fitness classes and i borrow a lot of your moves and modify them down to their abilities. Half of my workouts are done seated and i still find a way to modify some of your exercises. I let them know about your page so they can check for themselves where the craziness comes from😂! So many of our seniors don't realize how capable they really are until theyre challenged, and when they step up to these more extreme workouts, they become so much more confident. thank you for helping me step out of the box 💪🏿

Unfortunately, there's no scientifically proven way to "slim thighs" (also known as "spot reducing"). However, doing exercises like this, strength training, and maintaining a balanced healthy diet, will allow you to lose body fat overall, which will likely result in what you're ultimately looking for.
