This weighted workout routine is uses a combination of muscle activating compound exercises so make sure to use dumbbells that are heavy enough to challenge yourself with. If you want to burn fat, build muscle, increase strength and muscular endurance in your upper body, use this workout. In this resistance training session we target the shoulders, traps, back, biceps, chest and triceps as well as your abs and core.
