i did it 1. day : it burns like hell, but i finished it. i will update 2. day : I am feeling muscles, i‘ve never felt before. i did it a few minutes ago the times during this workout flies and it gets easier. YET I don’t see any results but i feel some. Of course you have to eat healthy (not too much, not too less) 3. day hustlin‘ i won‘t take a break til I like what I see. I did it, and I have to say, it gets easier but you mustn‘t give up! I think this is very effective IF you eat healthly. btw i am working out at the gym, doing this video, sometimes i do also her ab workout. (for example yesterday) 4. day i did it, i can feel how my booty is getting better and my hip dips too! But don’t expect to do this 3 times and have a hourglass ⏳ bodyshape because this is not realistic! work hard for your goals and never give up. 5. day ✅ in the morning today i saw results, it gets better! and i‘m gettinnn hotter. If you doing this and feel like nothing is changing, you should try taking picture every day. 6.day ✅ i feel so much pain, idk i feel like i always do work out one half more than the other. i thought i wouldn‘t do this today because my teeth hurt but i did it and I‘m proud of me 7+8. day I took a break because i am sick 9. I did it. I think i‘ll do it tomorrow for a few days 2 times a day. 10.day ✅✅✅ i can see results (olny did it once bc i was tired af) 11.day i did it twice. 12. i can see results! i did it once✅ 13. ✅ dont give up, it works! 14. day i had to take a break because of my back 15.day ✅ and proud. I have lost 3kg so far 16. ✅ 17. day ✅✅ take your time, u will see results!! so.. i am still doing this everyday and see good results (once/twice a day) if anybody wants to ask something feel free to but i wont update everyday anymore because it seems like no ones sees HELLO MY INSTAGRAM IS MICHELLLEEOK IF YOU WANT ME TO SHOW YOU RESULTS Ill show you the results, pls dm me on Insta michellleeok, I don’t see the comments here that often ✅

Lilly LOL so yeah, i‘ve done this everyday and sometimes 2 times. My hipdips have gotten better, don’t give up. Also the exercises are getting soo easy after a few times doing this.

So I’ve been doing this work out everyday for a week. Three times per day. My hip dips have gotten smaller and my butt has gotten bigger. There are days where I wanna give up but I try to remind myself why I started. I’m so glad I found you. You are my favorite. This workout does work so don’t give up.

I did this for about 3 weeks and i made sure i ate 3 fruits or veggies a day. It seemed that i got really good results so kids eat a fruit or veggie while doing this.

Hi there. No, working out does not work overnight. If you know anything about muscles, you'll know that it takes time for them to grow. For muscles to get bigger (growing a booty, for example) you have to tear your muscle (this is, what happens when you workout to your full potential). Your muscles tear and rebuild (this is why protein is so important! It helps your muscles heal/rebuild) and the "scars" the tear leaves is what makes your muscles bigger (the slight tears of muscles "scar" /rebuild themselves over and over every time you workout and that is what is making your muscles grow). So keep up with your workouts and eventually you'll see results. It will take weeks, but don't get discouraged. You'll look amazing eventually... But there is no overnight or in a, week type of fix. If you see something after a, couple of days or a, week, that's probably just Inflammation of the muscle. That's normal when you workout.

Just want you to know I was doing this once a week with a few other workouts, it works for about 2 months. After that I would suggest using a resistance band with this routine. Or finding one of her videos that’s a bit more intense with weights and such.

Started 23/9/18. I’ll update you guys on how it goes. Edit: it’s 5 days later and i’ve done this workout 4 times. There’s a MASSIVE change. My hip dips aren’t completely gone get, they’re still a tiny bit noticeable, but they’ve reduced so much! I’ll update you all in another few days xo

Ive struggled with my flat booty for as long as i can i remember, but this video is awesome. I hate pulling up workout videos where they essentially call you a wuss for being a beginner. Youre voice is so soothing and I love the encouragement you give throughout your videos. Ive been doing this workout for the last week (5 days a week) and have already gained enough strength to add some dumbbells and ankle weights. I havent seen growth or anything quite yet, but i know if i keep working then my perfect booty is on the way. Thanks for being such a lovely person and keeping me motivated even though you have no clue who i am

I’m actually going to update my results ❣️ I’ve always been chunky and I want to change my body to get my dream I’ve always wanted , wish me luck Day 1:managed to get through it all (which I never do with a exercise video) made me have a sweat ... this is going to all be worth it tho Day2: I’ve actually done it ! I am determined this time ! It was a little harder as I was sore but nether the less I got through it because her amazing encouragement❣️ Day3: didn’t think I was going to do it today but I did !! I’m really sore now however but Sunday is rest day 🙄 don’t see or feel any results yet but I’m hopeful Day4: I don’t think anyone is actually reading this but here I am 😂 I’ve done it again , I can’t believe I’m actually nearly at the one week mark. I feel as if I’ve gotten better at the exercise but I still so not feel or see any results yet

Ive been doing this for a week so far after my cross country practice I’ve taken 1-2 day breaks and I feel and see a little bit of results. You really have to be consistent with this and make sure you do it almost everyday

Started this workout a couple days ago and I am planing to do this for around a month! *I will update you guys frequently!* -------------------- 5th day-> I don’t feel much burn anymore, slightly in my side legs but I don’t see much to any visible difference... slightly discouraging but I’m not giving up lol. -> not sure the amount of days I’ve been doing this but I stopped for a while bc I saw a video that said you needed resistance bands to actually see good results so I took a couple days off and got resistance bands. I found a new one of her workouts for hip dips that you can use the bands for so I have been doing that and this workout as well. I will update you guys when I see results (haven’t seen any yet 😭)

She mentioned that you have to do these exercises 2 or 3 times a week training every day isn't good at all you won't see any results because your killing your muscles instead of building them so you need to take some rest. I personally started this week and I'mma do it 4 times per week... I love her so much, she's full of positivity and I believe I am going to see the result I want real quick 😃

Updating daily Day 1: I did the excercise it makes me sweaty but I’m not out of breathe Day 2: Nothing really changed exercise was easy but I felt those stretches Day 3: I see a slight change in my hip dips also I’m doing this once a day Day 4: I’m starting to feel the exercises more my hip dips are the same as yesterday Day 5: my hip dips look better I think Day 6: I didn’t do a couple of days cuz of period but I see a difference in my hip dips :) they look a lot better I still need to do some exercised Day 7: I just wanna be thicc :-; Day 8: I look better in jeans so I’m happy abt that Day 9: hip dips got a lot better Day 10: no change Day 11: hip duds look better Day 12: no change Day 13: I love how my hip dips look right now they are not to noticeable but I still haven’t gotten that rounder shape but my hip dips are filling in

This is amazing! You should really try it, at the beginning of summer from 2019, I started trying out this workout and everyday for 5 days a week, I did this workout and at first I had to keep catching my breath and I was worn out, but the more I did it, the more easier it was, and little by little, I started getting more and more in shape, and my hips dips are not as visible as they used to be, I love this workout, you should really try it, it take times and energy but it’s worth it, you won’t be disappointed!

i’ve been doing this for several months ( as consistently as possible ) and i definitely have noticed a change! i’ve actually started getting stretch marks from the growth lol, but keep at it if you’re gonna try this! ( for reference i’ve been doing it every other day for about 8 months, obviously i’ve missed some days, and sometimes i add in 2 extra minutes of lunges / squats if i have it in me )

Okay,,,, I have decided to try this. I will be doing my best to keep you updated. I want to do this to keep me committed. My basic measurements: High hips: 93cm/ 36.6" hips: 99,5cm/38.7" Waist: 83cm/32,2" Day 1: did it Day 2: did it Day 3: did it. My hips are kind of sore. Day 4: did it. Day 5: another success Day 6: did it Day 7: small rest day. Only did a 4 min hip workout Day 8: did it. I see some changes in my lower hips. Day 9: did a break for my muscles. I do see some changes!! My dips appear a bit more flattened out. Day 10: only did a small hip exercise. Day 11: rest day Day 12: i was too lazy here. I did See a change!! Day 13: helped renovate the Kistchen, enough exercise for me Day 14: nothing Day 15: forced myself again. Day 16: did it Day 17: did it. Day 18: did it. Day 19: did it. They look more filled out. It will probably take a while but im sure that in another month or so.... So ugh ive been doing this for like a month and i definitely See results!!! Ive been doing this all with resistance Bands, which was quite a chore ngl this workout gives good results, though it did become kind of boring, so i think im going to change workouts. These are my results: High hips: 96.5cm/38" Hips: 100cm/38.5" Waist: 83 cm/32.2" - no surprise there considering I wasnt on any sort of a diet so I didnt have a calorie deficit to properly lose weight.

Ya'll ready gotta try it, it worked well for me but not really on my hips but my butt is much bigger I didn't all the exercises I just did the ones I'd thought be more effective. My goal wasn't for a bigger but I was fine with size but mainly on my hips bc ion like the way it goes in sometimes. But give it a try it only took me a week or 2 and I do it everyday ❤.

I’m going to try and do this work out starting from today (26th August 2018) I will update regularly Day 2: my muscles feel pretty much fine, probably because I have done similar workouts before so I might be more used to it. I’m not doing the workout today since I have read that your supposed to let your muscles repair for at least a day after your workout. Tomorrow I am going to try and do this workout with ankle weights to make it a bit harder for me. Day 3: I only added small ankle weights but I really noticed a difference , they make the workout a lot more challenging.

Anila Hoti you should only do this workout one a week because you need to let your bones heal. If you keep doing this repeatedly then your bones will never heal and you hip dips might get worse.

Samee, when i was about 12 i was so self conscious about my hip dips but my mom had told me that i was still young and that i havent even hit puberty yet and that im still growingg. i didnt believe her at the time so i continued to workout. thennn i hit puberty anddd im not suree if the workouts worked or nott but im now 16 and my hips are definitely wider than beforee. continue to do you girl !!💗 but dont stress yourself over itt because yourr still growingg👍🏻

I'm doing it: will update.. Day 1 It doesn't hurt so much .. Day 2 It kills like CRAZY because you will feel the pain of yesterday's training finally kicking in Day 3 I didn't think the pain could get any worse..but I guess I thought wrong..it hurts SOOOO much...(no results yet..its only day 3 after all) Day 4 I thought they SAID THIS WAS GONNA GET EASIER....hurts so bad Day 5 Pain is slowly easing.....SLOWLY...it still burns....nada yet... Day 6 Taking a week off....doctor's orders...i fell down the stairs on my back, neck and head..... I will start posting weekly now since it is easier this way Week 2 I am doing workouts in the morning and evening for a week now...and boiii...this is not easy...Koboko motivational words during the videos really helps me through this workout Week 3 This exercise DEFINITELY made my butt bigger....i can see the differences in my butt size...my hip dips are still there and are still noticeable..but i'm working on it!!!

I’ll update every day ! (i do have school and dance so i’m sorry if i don’t update) day 1: Saturday, February 23 oml, those exercises got muscles working i didn’t even know about, and since i’m a dancer i’ve discovered a LOT of muscles over time. i feel like i’m gonna be sore tomorrow. pray for me. day 2: okay i’m rly frickin sore, BUT i’m already starting to see changes with my hip dips, and hopefully i’ll see them gone within the next 3 to 4 weeks or so 😁 i’ll try to do this everyday just btw. but whooo during the workout it BURNEDDDDDDD day 3: i’m rly starting to see the results with my hip dips and they are starting to go away more and more each time i do them. hopefully by the end of March or so they should be almost gone Update: I didn’t give up, and I’m not dead. I’ve been rly sick so I haven’t been able to update! I’ll start again tmr 1 month later: lmao nothing’s changed. 🙃

Okay so I’m starting this April 15th.... going to post on here everyday for commitment💯 So it’s April 16th now I’m about to do my 2nd day workout, obviously didn’t notice a difference over night and it burned like hell but we’re going to keep going. I've been doing this for three days now, I don't want to lie and be truly honest with those who're reading it. I have medium hip-dips, I wouldn't say they're too deep but can be seen in those cute clingy summer dresses. I combined this video with the one she did prior that targets hip-dips, both workouts are different within structure and movement. I have so far, seen the slightest growth within the area I'm combating. However, I wouldn't say it's an amazingly huge growth, which was too be expected. I am going to continue to do this work out for the next month or so. I will make sure to edit this within two days with an update! I just wanted to also say for reference, I know that hip-dips are natural and to do with bone placement. Therefore, sadly, I probably won't get huge huge hips! But we shall see girls!!! If anyone wants pictures and updates, let me know :) Day 4: I'm so excited to see the results of hard work. It's not a large gain, but I notice them starting to become less prominent. I've been combining my exercises with Cardio and Ab workouts from her channel also. I also have a lot of cucumber and lemon juice as I heard it's good for weight loss and stuff! But anyway, I've seen some changes which is great, I feel better and healthier also! :)

Started at 15/7/20.I'll be updating every day until my hip dips are gone (Also I'll be doing one of her booty workouts) Day 1:It's not that difficult Day 2:I'm sore from yesterday but I did it.I can't wait until I get ⏳ instaid of 🚪! Day 3:Just finished it.I'm really sweating and i'm feeling pain in my butt but I won't give up cause i really want to be slim thick(and now i'm skinny).Ovbiously i can't see difference in 3 days. Day 4:Had to take a break to let the muscles rest. Day 5:Didn't do it cause i was out all day long Day 6:I did it!It's getting easier!I think I can see a little difference at my dips Day 7:Finished it.I think my hips are a little wider. My friend also saw a difference at my booty🤣

I’m on the 1st day and I have decided to keep updates to notify you guys that it helped me or not.... and I’m following egg diet with this exercise 😍 and I’m 5’7” and I’m 72 weighted Day 1: Btw I have done this for 20 minutes and I can feel the burn 😍😍 see you next day Day 2: I have done it right now .... hoping for the best🤗

Yes I've been doing this for a week now 2x a day and I have seen HUGEEEEEEEE results. My hip dips are getting better and my but became a little bit rounder
