*HOW OFTEN TO DO THIS TO GET **VISIBLE** RESULTS* 1) If this is your only workout for the day, do it everyday for 30 days. (it’s only 13min. your body has 23hours 47 min to recover) 🤗 2) if you are doing this in combination with my other booty workouts to make a 15-20 minute booty routine, listen to your body. in this scenario, depending on your experience level, you can either do your 15-20 min combo daily OR every other day. 3) if you are doing this in combination with my other booty workouts and your total workout time is 30 minutes or more, do your 30 min combo 3 times a week I’ll update this comment if i see a specific scenario that i haven’t mentioned being asked a lot in the comments 🤗

I've been trying to grow my glutes over a year but nothing helps.. I use resistance bands and I workout 5 times a week 40-60 minutes each time. Of course if my muscles are sore then I'm either working on a different group of muscles or I'm taking a rest day. What can help me? Or what am I doing wrong?

I have been doing this workout for just over two weeks and the results are being noticed by other people. Like for UPDATES! Day 1 - It burnsss Day 2 - It’s harder and burns even more haha... Day 3 - OKAY this one was HUGE lmaoo burns worst than previous two days🔥🥵 Day 4 - ima have a rest Day 5 - it is still hard af but I see improvements yayy Day 6 - It is so much easier today! I am going to add some weights into the workout. I see my booty is becoming stronger! Day 7 - I added some weights (2kgs), was a bit hard but I’m getting better at this 🤝 Day 8 - rest day Day 9 - GUYS IM SO EXCITEDDD I SEE SOME GUUUUDDD RESULTS!!! It’s so easy now, I’ll have to challenge myself with more weights!! Like mb +1kg Day 10 - 3 kg weights and I’m doing greatt! The hardwork is paying off and I added some donkey swings into the workout as well Day 11 - the workout was so good and sooo much easier now! I’m doing donkey swings with ankle weights Day 12 - rest Day 13 - doing amazing! I see guuud results so far Day 14 - my bootayy is getting thickk yass Day 15 - was the easiest Day 16 - rest Day 17 - The workouts are easy these days haha and i keep seeing results over time 🙃 Day 18 - I love these workouts..but I’m a bit impatient.. but results are worth it! Day 19 - Was feeling sluggish these days + exams, so had a rest Day 20 - another rest day Day 21- got back at it, using 5kg weights 🙃 and results are so much visible!! I had a week break.. cuz exams.. Day 22 - back at it! It was a bit harder, so it’s better to keep pushing yourself without any long breaks 😭 Day 23 - was a good one..still using 5kgs.. Day 24 - today I saw the hugeee difference..😭😭😭I’m the happiest now Day 25 - rest Day 26 - using 5kgs! Big difference Day 27 - pushing myself haha it’s worth it Day 28 - getting stronger at it again🙃 and 🍑 is getting biggerrr! Day 29 - rest

I'm going to do this, I'll uptade everyday Day 1: - burn is really big so.. that's good! Day 2: - I was a bit boring doing this but I won't stop of course haha Day 3: - I made some rest cuz muscles need it for grow. Btw I did some exercises before day 1 so yea... Day 4: - my god... i already see a little little bit results... this really works! Day 5: - i think that glute bridges are the best exercise for booty, at least, its so easy to do! LIKE FOR UPDATE! Day 1 - amazing, fun, felt the burn. Day 2 - this girl is so funny hahaha, it's so cool Day 3 - This is getting better and better, try it for real! For anyone wondering about getting results, YOU WILL GET RESULTS. I've been doing this and kobokos 5 minute warmup everyday for 2 weeks, and now I do the warmup, this workout and any other 10 minute leg workout 6 times a week and I PROMISE YOULL GET RESULTS. Just from week one you'll get results, this is the best workout ever.

Joelle Vidal they got firmer but for ur flutes to really grow u need to do weights and have rest days. I train them only 3 times a week and I've seen improvement. I still use this vid as a glute warmup

YASSSSS MORE GLUT BRIDGESSS I always do 200 per day!! At first, I was doing only the 100 rep bridges a day, then, when it become more easy, I add another video of yours!! and now, I can level up!! One encouragement for all of you garls, making this challenge, please, keep focusing on your form!! Lift that hip, embrace the burn, keep those butt cheeks hard as if they're made of concrete! Squeeze aaa little bit more, I know you can do it, in only a few days, you will notice you bum is popping, remember to breathe, and always get hydrated after finishing! Challenge yourself, consistency is the key for achieving every little thing you want, including the beautiful juice booty that you always dream about!!! Edit: this is definitely my fav workout now!!

Ok i'm sick of my butt. I have extreme hip dips and can't grow my butt. I have done TONS of workouts but none of them give me results. Now i'll be doing this one everyday, in combination with a 10 minutes butt workout from Pamela Reif. I swear if i don't see results in a month.... I'll do it for two.

Arianna dont over work out that can also affect u not seeing results, ik it’s annoying but time is key. some people just grow muscle in different speeds so i recommend u don’t over workout ur butt so u get results 👍

You should rest sometime - do not do it everyday. Also you can't just stop exercising after - u gotta work out once in a while to keep the results!

God bless you, girl! I’m 52 and I’ve never really had a butt. I’m disabled now so I’m at home most days and I have dropped a lot of weight and muscle tone I have a used yoga in the past with good results, but nothing specifically designed for my butt. I started out with your first one because I needed to build up my gluteus medius first and now I just did this exercise without too much difficulty. You make it a lot easier with your talking and you’re inspiring voice.

This WORKS, I'm 3 weeks in doing this 3 days per week with Koboko's 10 min leg + 5 min side butt. My bum is saggy, big and I also have saddlebags. This workout has been a gem, my butt already looks smoother and better. Will keep doing this with adding cardio. Thanks KOBOKO!

DAY ONE: This was so hard, wow. Amazing workout, already sure this is going to work DAY TWO: rest DAY THREE: It seemed easier than the first time, today I've been able to the bridge hold for the whole time while on the day one I kept falling DAY FOUR: Rest DAY FIVE: I don't see any difference yet but it's just day five DAY SIX: Rest (I didn't say that before but I rest every other day because I'm doing not only this but also another of her videos) DAY SEVEN: Still no result but that's ok, exercises are starting to get easier DAY EIGHT: Rest DAY NINE: Usually I used to put weight just at the bridge exercise but today I used them also at the 7:40 exercise DAY TEN: rest DAY ELEVEN: I did it. I think that tomorrow I will look for a video/website that explains what to eat to grow your glutes when you are working out. IMPORTANT: if you are trying this workout, remember also to do her glutes activation video before, or you won't see results. Just in case someone needed this DAY TWELVE: today I was so busy, I didn't find a moment to workout, so I will do it tomorrow. Also, tomorrow I will start to look for things to eat if you are trying to grow your glutes so I will see result faster (I hope)

Okay, I started this program today. Day 1 - My booty is 105 cm. I did the whole exercise and it feels great. Day 2 - I'm doing this exercise every other day. Today it got easier, but I can't see any difference. Day 3 - I didn't eat properly today so I wasn't as energetic as I should be, but I managed to do all the exercises. It's been only three days of exercises but I can already see a difference and I'm really excited about it, so on day 5 I will measure my booty again. *Sorry for the late update, but my internet was dead for the last days.* Day 4 - I don't see a lot of difference now and my pelvis is hurting a bit. Day 5 - I was really tired but I manage to do the exercises. I didn't measure my booty because I lost my measuring tape. But I'll do it on day 6. Day 6 - Ok, this is funny. I can see a difference but there's only 1 cm difference from the beginning. My booty is 106 cm but it looks bigger than before.

UPDATING EVERYDAY! This workout works! I’ve been doing this workout inconsistently for about four months. My average being a few times a week. I’ve had major life changes like surgery, work, baby being sick and it still gives results. I will now try to do everyday for a month straight and see my results. But believe me, major difference.

i've been doing this everyday for 6 days now, i feel great, but no visible results yet. i'll be updating here. i completed day 7 today. i completed day 8 today, i actually can see some visible results! my booty is a bit bigger and my tights are stronger. Hi everybody :) i completed more than a year doing this workout and it was really really hard to maintain my routine doing it every day at some points, but I gotta tell y'all, it's AWESOME. I would 100% recommend this if you want your body to look curvier. If you want an advice, don't stop doing it! It may be hard keeping it up as a routine, but do not let yourself loose your results! Hi! It's been almost 3 years! I no longer do this workout, I've started going to the gym since the beginning of the year and i gotta tell that if I didn't have done this workout for all of this time, my progress at the gym wouldn't be the same! I've gained so much resistance, mobility and results so fast! This workout helps you q lot, of course, nothing better than actually going to the gym but this is definitely going to help you more than you think!

Gym is just a location.. your gym can be at home, private clubhouse or a public gym. As long as you have the space and necessary tools and resources used to get to your goal anything can be considered a gym

Only thing about public gym is whether it's clean or if they wipe down the equipment after someone else's sweaty bacteria. That's all but if you trust your gym to be clean and not too crowded go for it

I’m going to try this every other day and update it just so I can be aware of my result❤️ I’ll also be drinking a teamiblend protein powder after every workout. It’s a very healthy plant based, dairy and soy free protein powder that tastes amazing if anyone is interested 💕 Started measurement = 35 inch Day 1- completed 🔥 Day 3 - done ✅ ofc no results yet but my butt is sore

Everyday isnt healthy tho. Your muscles need a break to regenerate. Do it every other day

@S a f f r o n I'm pretty sure you get more protein from like meat or chicken and beans and stuff and vegetables give you more vitamins and minerals. Even tho yes vegetables provide a small amount of protein, if people are looking to get a fair normal amount, they should stick to the usual protein

did this workout yesterday, did it today... I already feel the difference, you know I'm gonna do it for another 30 five days. Also, in the last round I just held my booty high again instead of glute bridges, it burns so much more. Love you kola, this is just what I needed

imma do a day to day honest update DAY 1: i just finished the workout. Harder than you think if u rly focus on what she’s saying. Butt is burning a little bit. DAY 2: still burns like yesterday, was pretty nice and refreshing. wasn’t that sore from yesterday so it was chill. DAY 3: the glute bridge holds BURNED and the fire hydrants feel amazing. not seeing any results yet. i’m doing it everyday for 30 days. but will keep updates going until i see the littlest change! DAY 4: it burned during the workout but I was very motivated and focused today! still no results
