Im 26yo, male, with 170cm height and 100kg bodyweight. Been lazy, drinking, smoking and eating fast food for the last 5 years. Beginning to train today, 24/01/2022 with this workout. I want to change my life for my son, so that he grow up to good examples in life. Sorry for the rant. I have no one to vent this feelings.
day 3 assesment: I'm weak on jumping jacks...but I've been able to put push-ups on both burpees rounds. On the rare instance that people are reading my comments, I'm not a beginner, so do not despair. You are here, you are doing the work. That"s all that matters. Go to your own rate, if you feel it, push a little harder. Do your best and stay safe. Mantra of the day: If your hear a loud POP with an intense pain, you pushed too hard ;)
Good stuff. I'm 62, recovering from a rough spot health-wise, trying to slowly claw my way back up to where I need to be, and with your help I'm already feeling better. This is a great little "do anywhere" workout, and like others have said, it's a big help to feel like you're not suffering through it alone. If someone who's built like you feels like it's a challenge, I don't feel so bad also huffing and puffing my way though it. My four favorite words of the whole workout? "For our LAST exercise..."

Thanks Funk for another awesome workout. I’m 59 and your workouts have helped me feel a whole lot better. The follow along and coaching adds to the motivation. Thanks again!
Awesome bro. Just ran into this routine this a.m. I reviewed it for injury mitigation as I'm 65 and loss 46 lbs in the past year with serious attention to working out and monitoring meals. Very impressed with your routine and can't wait to do the workout. Thanks so much. 🏋🏾
Hello from France Always put some Funk HIIT each week in my training program. Body weight , kettle or whatever. I’m 47 and have the best shape I’ve ever had , and you are part of it ! Thanks
This video is everything to me right now. I recently lost a great love, and this video got me out of bed and moving. I now feel like i have to keep moving or die (as a figure of speech only). I do this video every other day, and run a mile on the days in between. It is doing wonders for me. Thank you sir, thank you for this content. Thank you so much for being a catalyst for both my mental and physical health! Corpo Mente e Spirito!!!
FUNK! Awesome video - I am a 36 year old mama and I did this workout with my 10 year old son this AM. Thanks for making it accessible! We will be back!
Funk I meant to put my comment in this. video, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QvtaJrTBJuw.htmlsi=BEJ9Sytmn2s_jfnR , hahaa but I did do this workout yesterday and it is awesome, nice variety and steady pace to get full body with no equipment. I been a fan for years ty for all the teaching and leading us to victory with our health and fitness! Blessings to you n ur Wifey who always kills it in tha vids. Big Up!
Been doing this 4 days a week. This is my 7th week. Def starting to look more in shape and feel better. Getting a little easier to get through. Still tough. Feel good every time I get through it! Keep it up!
Keep Rocking Flex... You have been my guy for 3 years. Lost 30 lbs since then. Keep the Spirit. Thanks for what you are doing for guys 40 and over. Health and and Blessed Abundance.
Keep up the great content! I've been doing this workout a lot and find that I can manage it when I'm really pressed for time, busy or cant make it to the gym. At 53, I'm finding that consistency is much more important and this has been super helpful. Subscribed!
I got to say. I'm 49 years old and have always been in decent shape... So I thought. My blood pressure was 164/98. Has been high for years. I'm not one to take medications in this over medicated world. I started on Funk's workouts a few months now, was at the doctor yesterday expecting to here it again, "your blood pressures too high." Well I came in at 116/84 with a pulse of 69. This is insane! The only change I have made is my workouts. I am doing at home 4-5 days a week. I work construction so it means I get up at 4:00 a.m. sometime to get it in but I do it. Thanks Funk, God bless you!
Hey Funk Roberts, I haven't been back on your channel for a while now, which showed when I was going pale after the Burpees set. lol I'm 41, 5'11", and thin, but that doesn't mean I'm in shape. Also, you are the first videos to show when I enter "beginner hiit workout men in 40s." I'll be back. Thanks!
Thank you Bro! So real. Real work. I'm now 40yr 2mnths and 15 days old. Let's Go!! Needed this bro, hit 40 and started getting lazy, Thank you. It's tough 😪 No easy way! Advance on burning Belly fat! 🔥
Felt your pain on those burpees. Those are tough, but thank you for this. Going implement this on my 5th workout day instead of the extra day of recovery
This is my first time doing this one and I am sweating and its just enough pre exhaustion but not overkill to do my cardio run or walk! #ANOTHERONE! TY
