20 Minute Cardio Workout To Lose Belly Fat - Calorie Burning And Core Strengthening Workout

Lose belly fat by burning calories and strengthening your abs with this workout. By combining cardio and core strengthening exercises you work on your cardiovascular condition and it helps you to lose belly fat.
The total workout takes about 20 minutes and includes 3 short water breaks. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. For some exercises a beginner and advanced alternative are shown.

Hi Marischa. I am almost 44 so I have been around a while. I train every single day . Especially for the last 7 years or so. I do Hiit training every day. Millionaire Hoys channel. We have gotten quite friendly over the past year. I lift weights at home at least three times a week. Usually they are included in a workout or I do ten to 15 minutes. I do a lot of yoga . Every day really. I have the time.It is very important to me. I do pilates as well and always core work. I have been doing all of your workouts. I subscribe to a lot of channel but they are not all regular programmes of exercise. I like what you are doing and follow you closely. You are very challenging at times. I was please to find you. Hi is great if u show modified version for beginner to follow u with any of your workout.... but this workout is aowsome but slightly difficult tough for me; (

These MTF male to female jobs is it make you feel bad about yourself it's like look at me and all the muscles I got they should have them they are men

Hi!! When will i see results? I am eating clean avoiding as much processed food as i can, i dont have a lot if belly fat but i do have it, and i will be doing other cardio workouts. Pls answer :)

Any idea how many calories this would burn for a 5 ft 1, 100lb 23 year old female this would burn?

Sarah Stinson Fair guess would be around 200 calories. Probably there are some additional calories burned as your metabolism will get a boost from this. So the actual number of calories may be higher!
