Burn belly fat with this effective and short cardio workout that contains many belly fat burning elements. This workout uses a combination of cardio exercises with strength elements targeting your belly that will help you burn fat, tone your abs and losing belly fat.
The workout consists of 10 different cardio exercises that are repeated twice, resulting in a 2 x 10-minute workout. Halfway you will have a short water break.

I'm new to your videos and I have probably done 5 videos so far with rest days in between and this is the first workout I've been able to get through without stopping :D. So for anyone who feels like giving up or think it's too hard to do, KEEP GOING! You'll get there. Also, thank you Marischa for your awesome workouts!

Cherylyn Snyder then you are enjoying the workout from a man stop trying to get the body of a man this is a MTF male to female broad shoulders Square jawline wide mouth. MTF and trying to make women feel bad about their self these are men they don't have money. They don't have cramps they don't have bloating because they are men

Zou je misschien een keer een video willen maken met uitleg hoe je het beste (buik)vet kan verliezen? Info over wat voor soort sporten hoeveel keer in de week en misschien ook tips over eten en andere dingen? ;)

10 minutes killed me. I have a back problem and quite overweight but 10 mins for a start isnt bad. Main thing is its not difficult to do and think I can stick at these until I lose weight and gain fitness again... Onwards and upwards! Thanks...
