20 Minute Dumbbell Booty Workout (Advanced With Modifications)

Follow along with us for a 20 minute lower body workout with emphasis on the booty/glutes! All you need for this workout is a pair of moderate to heavy weighted dumbbells and a soft surface. We split this workout into 2 sets with active rest in between sets to keep the booty working. Also, we included a few modifications for exercises that you can do with a single dumbbell if both are too heavy for certain movements. Overall, if you're looking to build your booty/glutes, definitely give this workout a try, and add it to your routine if you like it 🔥

I really love everything about your videos! I appreciate the timers, knowing which exercises are coming next, that you get right to it and only explain what's necessary. I love that you incorporate warm ups and cool downs that are short and the dynamic between the both of you is cool as hell. The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Super workout! Surprised myself and did it all with 15's but my butt was shaking on the last bridge 😅 thanks for an epic workout! I really enjoyed this exercse regime, I had a car accident a year ago so chose to do it without weights so as not to agrevate my injuries and I found it was perfect for starting as a comeback to exercise

Hope everyone had a happy hump day and got a good booty workout in! Day 17 in! 💪🏻 I decided to do the 25 minute body weight booty work out with Toya with resistance band to activate my glutes and then I did this workout with dumbbells. Loved the burn and got a good workout in!🔥 I finished with your 10min ab/core work out. Loving the progress and and the change in my body. 😍

Thank you both so much for all your workouts. They’ve been incredible to keep up my discipline as I continue working out at home during the pandemic. I had a question on the lateral hinge + lunge. When I do this, I either have pain below my knee cap or I don’t feel my muscles working. I’m sure my movement is wrong but because of the video angle I can’t figure out what it could be. I also have tried switching down to one dumbbell rather than leaning down with two which helped the problem slightly. But now I don’t feel like it’s giving me any sort of challenge. Appreciate any insight y’all have! I have a full week routine that I’ve made out of your videos, so I do this one once a week and would love the help 😊

WOD ! 3rd day of week 3 . I chose this 20 min. booty workout and was able to do Toya’s version with two 12Lb dumbbells except that I had to drop one on the last 2 exercises because I was exhausted and my legs were shaking . Great and sweaty workout! Thanks again guys !

Great workout with some non-dumbbell core/balances thrown in to mix it up. At first you think "oh no, it's just another round of the same moves", but then you mix it up that little bit to keep me guessing. My bpm stayed up there, too! Perfect beats to time reps to 🎶👌. Here for Day 3 of Week 3! Its so great to feel myself progressing. Before this challenge, it was hard for me to do simple dumbbell lunges and single leg glute bridges but I was able to do them both today easily! To get more work in, I did the 20 min cardio workout from last week 🔥

ahhh ! this thing never ends !!! my dumbbell weights were set up a bit high, so i switched with the kettlebell on some exercises.
