Follow along with us for a 20 minute lower body workout with emphasis on the booty/glutes! All you need for this workout is a pair of moderate to heavy weighted dumbbells and a soft surface. We split this workout into 2 sets with active rest in between sets to keep the booty working. Also, we included a few modifications for exercises that you can do with a single dumbbell if both are too heavy for certain movements.
