Tap in with us for a quick 20 minute workout focused on both the booty and the abs🔥 These are the most requested muscle groups so we thought we'd share the best of both worlds! All you need is a pair of dumbbells BUT you can also do this workout using only bodyweight if you don't have equipment. This is a great routine to do often if you're looking to build muscle and strength in your guts and abs. For best results, we recommend using heavier weights on exercises that you are capable of doing comfortably. If it is too difficult, you can always drop the weight or follow Juice for modifications.

Did this just now 5:30 am. I was sweating by the end of the warmup. I just love the presentation. Concise instructions, preview of the next move, no excessive talking (so I can do it while the kids are sleeping). And overall good workout for 20 mins. Get it in and be done!

Totally agree on their concise instructions, the variety, their form and that they also have a lighter option with one of them doing those. I did couple of the exercise challenging but with practice, I am sure it will get easier to get the form right. Thanks again - I will need to get that diet right to make it work effectively. Getting better at it but needs more discipline when the brain cries out for sugar cravings.

I have had these for several weeks ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

The pace and music choices (no vocals to distract), the intro instruction (where if you know the routine you can get a few extra moves in), no overly loud/obnoxious start/finish routine tones, the multiple angles you show between the 2 of you....it's the best channel I've found for what I'm looking for. WOW. This is the far the best RU-vid workout I’ve ever done, and I’ve tried many. I love your cuts/ edits and how you have a preview for the next workout on long enough to really capture what the next round will entail. I also really appreciate the fact that your music is easy listening/ not too hype. Some music RU-vidrs post for their workout videos can be so annoying & cringey. So many amazing things to be said…Best of all, I am DRIPPING SWEAT! Hasn’t happened from a RU-vid workout series yet. Great job guys 🙌

Juice & Toya, THANKS! I stumbled upon your page on RU-vid a couple weeks ago ...a few days later I was injured on the job which has kept me out of the gum for a month, when I am used to working out 4-5x a week ...using mostly body weight, your videos have helped to restore at least a little bit of routine to maintaining my health & fitness ...hopefully - prayerfully, I will be released to return to the gym in 10 days, but I will continue to utilize your content in my training as well as when I return to training others. One of the things I love about J&T is they are encouraging without being patronising, which is no small thing as there are lots of good workouts out there which are ruined by by annoying inspirational bull throughout. I like a bit of advice at the start and a few words and a smile at the end. Just right.
