This workout is designed for moderate to heavy resistance so you'll want to use a pair of dumbbells that are heavy enough to challenge yourself with each movement. If you're looking to build strength, muscle, or overall endurance in your lower body, this workout will help you do just that. Also, feel free to do this for multiple rounds if you want to make this into a 40, or 60 minute workout! Be sure to let us know how your workout went in the comments! 🔥

I just wanted to get on here and say thank you both so much for your videos! They're straight forward and accomplishable. I've started working out aging but before when I would get started, I would just get so intimidated and just quit. These are gentle and really ease you in. I've actually started looking forward to working out and that wasn't a thing for me with other videos. These are also great for people like me who don't have it in their budget to get a personal trainer but just want to start somewhere. So again, Thank you so much!!!

This was so good! By the last exercise, I had sweat dripping off of me…lol. I used 18 LB dumbbells and a 20 LB kettlebell for the single weight exercises!

Wow this waa short but intense complete lower body focus. Loved the added touch of the isometric hold just to add that extra burn to the work. Loved that there was unilateral work as well. Really feel that your programs are really designed to cater to all fitness levels. Thank you toya for sharing the weight ranges used. I did the entire workout with a 20lbs dumbells so i feel good. This workout was a beast! It’s been a while since I have been so happy to have a workout end!! I started with 12s. It was down to body weight by the end! 😅. This is a great workout for me to track progress as I build strength. I’ll be back!! 😂
