Deeply relax with this Bedtime Yoga practice to heal stress & tension with relaxing, deep yoga stretches. You’ll begin with a savasana to settle in, then learn how to do a 3D breath for deep breathing that will calm your nervous system as you continue to work through postures that will stimulate digestion and release pent up physical, mental or emotional tension. To deeply relax into our final savasana we used a breathing technique called the Physiological Sigh. It is a tool you can use to instantly turn on your parasympathetic nervous system and most people can feel a wave of relaxation within 20 seconds of practicing the sigh 3 times, like how we do it in savasana. SarahBeth, your yoga videos always seem to come at the perfect times for me. Not only do they help me physically, but emotionally too. Your videos are more than just practices they are gifts. At the end I started laughing so hard and crying a little. I just feel like this routine helped get out all of the tension I was carrying. All of the things I have been so stressed about seemed silly to me. I am still chuckling while writing this. This video was amazing. Thank you.

I've only really just started my yoga journey. I'm currently waiting for your book and would love to join the app but unfortunately its not in my price range. This video just about put me to sleep I was able to relax that much. Thank you for your videos

This is my first time doing this exercise, I’m doing this before I go to sleep after vomiting a few times earlier. I cried halfway. I just want you to know that this helped me a lot in grounding and being mindful. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I love your yoga Sarah Beth. Can’t lie - I would have liked More tension releasing yoga for stiff neck and hips for bed. I feel stiff. Haven’t done my yoga in a while with you. I always feel like crying at the end. Watering my soul. Tears of healing. I love it.

This was a nice, very relaxing video, has helped a lot with winding down for sleep. Additionally, I have learned things about what my cat does in my sleep because while doing this session she goes ham licking my fingers thinking I'm too unconscious to protest

Hi Sarah!! Your videos I love so much and while I have slacked for about a year, I know I can slowly get back into it with your videos... but I also love your "outside of yoga" videos weather it's about back pain or your work you truly slip so much good advice in those. I would love to see some more of not strictly physical videos but your routine, or clearing your mind or dealing w stresses of everyday life... I get so much out of your videos like that and the yoga you truly give great, calming advice . I was so relaxed and ready for bed until you came on real loud with your advertisement. I could have tolerated it if you didn’t talk so much louder than your bedtime video that I just listened to. After all, you did say we could stay in shavasana for as long as we like.
