Really like this new video, but, then again, I've liked all your videos, Mike. Thank you so very much for having these exercise videos expressly for us seniors. Trust me, I no longer run or jump, so can't keep up with many of the exercise personalities online. You are the best!
Thanks Mike,there were exercises that I do but also new ways of using my bands. I’ve used my band for a couple of years and it’s a bit worn out. Will have to order a new one. I liked this one showing ways you can use weights and bands. X
Thanks Mike for this challenging workout. This my first Intermediate workout. I had to sit on my chair for the last two of some of the resistance band part. However it was all in my mind because I checked my vital signs and all were stable. ,I felt energized and relaxed at the completion. I was obviously conflicted about whether I felt safe completing the exercise. I will try again and push through.

Hi Mike, I've been doing the separate Dynamic Stretch Warm up before doing this video. Is that necessary since this video starts with a warm up? Many thanks for your help!
I used your resistance band for the first time. Will it stretch out? I'm 5'7" it seems short. When stepping on it and when it's around my back. (I have long legs and long arms.).
Hey Judith.. I mean both. You want to stay consistent with exercise and when you stay consistent with a video, that video will give the benefits of what's being worked on in that video. (I hope that made sense). 🙂
