Welcome to another GCN Training session! This is a super short session which can easily be done whenever you can pinch some time! Don't be fooled into thinking this short session is easy however; involving race winning intervals and some sweet spot efforts this is a great workout for riders of any level.
The session:
2 Mins warm up (4-7/10)
Main Set
- 2Mins Sweetspot (7/10)
10s Max!
- 1 Min Recovery
X5
10s Max! To finish
2 Mins Warm Down

One thing that I like the most about GCN Workouts is the conversations between the cyclists. Listening to them helps me forget the pain and I got a chance to learn more English in the meantime 🙏

Love the session. For those wanting longer, just rinse and repeat - works a treat for me - 40 minutes done and dusted! I would ask though, can you chat to your lady guests a bit too please

Omg loved it! For those that want longer videos u could piece a few of the 20 min HIIT in a row...lead legs but an option. LOVE THE VIDEOS AND APPRECIATE THE EFFORT

Hey man, I’ve been watching these for about 3 weeks for cardio and endurance training and I love these 20min sessions. Also dear instructor you’re absolutely awesome and you’re my favorite. I couldn’t find your name. Also I would love it if you guys could start giving a rough estimate of the amount of calories the average person would burn. Thanks again! Love the high ontensity short workouts. Would be nice to have a recovery class online. Always so hard to setle for less and hold back on that urge to rise heart rates. Would you, please please please

I tend to round up every session to 45 mins so for this I did 25 min medium intensity then hit this at the end

Another good session, one comment, I looked at screen as you counted down to the end of the 10 second sprint, you counted too fast and cheated me out of 1.5 seconds of sprint effort! Good work out, cheers

A nice short session which can be doubled up. The sessions are much appreciated. Shame you continue to be tone deaf to feedback on previous video's about balanced participation of all your in studio guests; both male and female. Do we need to write to your sponsors about before you will finally haul your attitude in to 2021 ?
