Hello Hasfit trainers, I thought I’d take a minute to say hi and to Thank You for your utube workouts. I turn 70 years old this coming April, and have been enjoying your workouts for years. I just love utube, as I feel I have many trainers. Yours are a favorite of mine. You are so down to earth, sincere and inspirational. Completed this 20 minute cardio session. I really had no idea it would get your heart rate up that quickly. It sure beats doing 30 minutes on the treadmill or the elliptical.

This the only workout that makes me sooo much sweaty. Without making my body extremely fatigue, unlike other workout vids that make my body in pain for days which stops my daily workout.

I have barely ever exercised and decided I wanted a better lifestyle and came here. Thought "I'm gonna do this, I'll be fit and strong and healthy!"and I gave up after the first round. Then after about a minute I thought "no way" and came back and did round two. Really proud, and you're so supportive, thank you! I really like the talking throughout, it kind of distracts from the workout which is a plus for me 😊

Thanks for making this! I feel like weight loss is so misunderstood. You see people doing thousands of crunches thinking it will give them a 6 pack. But without any cardio burning the fat on their stomach, there stomach seems larger. I will be doing this workout for at least a whole month and I will update on the results. Day 1: Didn’t think I would sweat this much. I have a kind of defined ab line down the middle but want to become very defined. I’m hoping this workout will take the fat of my stomach

Many thanks, been searching for "regular workout at home" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Zanabriel Workout Weevilled - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin got excellent results with it.

Great workout! It was tough but I feel pretty darn good now that I've completed it. I also loved the motivational talking and encouragement throughout the workout 🤗
I have incorporated this (and several other of your workouts) to my routine! I can feel myself getting better at these moves and I'm starting to do more of the intense moves! Hasfit has kept me from getting bored and has helped me step up my intensity! YAY HASFIT!!!!

Exactly what I needed today! Attainable but sweaty cardio and in just the perfect amount of time. It's so easy for me to get bored doing at home workouts, but I actually did this all the way through.
