FYI some of the exercises repeat! In your intro, it was stated that none of the exercises would repeat. I guess it was overlooked during the editing process. It was a good workout, nonetheless! Thanks!

Winner of a video, I have been researching "full body weight workout at home" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Zanabriel Workout Weevilled - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 got cool results with it.

I started with your 10-minute workouts and have worked my way up to your 20- and 30-minute ones. I do a different one every day because I easily get bored. The variety of your workouts helps me stay with the programme. Appreciate all your hard work making these videos!

Im a distance runner and I started doing these workouts over the winter to keep some fitness, and boy have they ever helped my running- I gained so much strength that my runs are now better and I will keep using these workouts through the summer- EXCELLENT!

I'm a distance runner too- I run Cross Country and I do 800, 1600, and 3200 for a competitive Track & Field team. I'm really new to these workouts, but so far they've really been pushing me even better. Gotta get into shape, haha.

I really can't find any other fitness channel as good as hasfit. It is always exciting to see them empower you while you're burning all those faining and gaining muscles. This was an amazing workout I did today morning, excellent combination of high and low impact, but high intensity exercises (especially you had me in the Part 3, pushup hover). My first HASfit video that I did, going to get fitter by the day I believe. There is a small confusion/coordination issue in the ballistic puhsups, but thats very very minor. The peptalk during the exercises kept me motivated and going.Great stuff guys, keep going. Looking forward to do many more of your videos.

I started working out 2 weeks ago and I love your videos! They kick my a** I was literally DRIPPING sweat from this! Also I love the quotes in between kept my spirits up when I wanted to pause!

I enjoyed the workout! Definitely got a good sweat in. Just some suggestions: it would be nice to have a countdown for each exercise-knowing how much longer I have to suffer through an exercise helps me to really push when there’s only 15 seconds left. Having a preview of the exercise before time starts for each exercise is helpful rather than explaining as you go (natacha oceane has a great format for her youtube workouts) I was under the impression that with HIIT you have to rest and recover in between exercises and get your HR down before the next? It was my first time doing a workout of yours. Thanks for the soreness to come :)

Replayed this workout tonight ... it’s a solid routine that’s very challenging but ideal if you don’t have a ton of time. Always can count on Coach Kosak and Claudia to keep you motivated. Coach Kosak, always appreciate the motivational phrases in all the routines. Do you and Claudia have any self motivational books you recommend (for fitness/health, life, or both)?

Thank you for this video! I found you by searching "30 Minute HIIT" and had a blast. I took four 2-minute long breaks but documented where in the video they were, so next time if I take one less break, I'll know I'm improving. My win today is that I did the video at all, and the bonus was that I completed the last 11 minutes without a break!!! Great work!

You guys are awesome! I just started doing more cardio last week and found this channel on here and have noticed so much improvement already. I love the combination of low impact to high impact cardio because on some workouts I find it difficult to do the full advanced exercise to the end, so I switch to the beginner exercise. It’s great because even though I can’t complete the advanced one, I don’t want to stop completely and the beginner exercise gives me an alternative. Everyone who asks me what I’ve been doing to get more fit, I tell them to check out the HASfit channel on youtube Thank you guys sooo much for these videos!

I love this workout so much. I actually doing a challenge 7 days I’ll do this workout. I want to see how my body changes, I can already see I’m stronger and fitter. After the challenge I will go back in doing it 3-4 a week.
