Allie, this was a remarkable hip sequence. I often find yoga classes for the hips to be quite aggressive, or that there is a need to warm up beforehand. But this was so gentle, yet 100% efficient. Will come back to this one over and over again for sure!

I would love it if Allie would mention some modifications for those who cannot do some of the poses exactly the way she does. One example, for the crossed leg poses (not all of us can do this), maybe offer a suggestion to still do the stretch with a modified crossed leg pose?
