I'm trying to up my yoga practice so I've done several of your vinyasa and Chaka flows this week. But my autoimmune and nerve diseases told me this morning I needed something I could ease into. This was perfect and beautiful! I feel ready to go in with my day! Thank you for this practice!!!!

"This was awesome!" I exclaimed loudly as I was done with this practice! Perfect gentle activation of the body, it felt like doing a body scan. Will definitely return to this many times over, both in mornings and evenings! Yoga with Adriene has a video called Gentle Yummy Yoga that has been my go-to bedtime routine for many, many years and this is routine might just have to replace it.

Love it and feel good indeed after it. I like your pace and guide of breathing along with the postures, we tend to forget about slow breathing when we try to follow the moves, you really help us work mind and body together harmoniously. You are my favorite teacher, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Thank you for this video! Note to self: The first time I did this practice it was after another short practice and I really enjoyed it. Today it was the first yoga of the day even though in the afternoon, and it didn't really work for me. Still saving it to come back to with this note in mind.
Amazing job going within to reflect on when classes work and don't work for you! I know for some their bodies and minds respond better when they practice any class first thing in the morning versus in the afternoon. Glad you are finding what you need here in the moment! xx
Oh, Allie! This sequence was exactly what I needed this afternoon. For the first time in 4 years, I went out this morning on my road bike with 5 other ladies and cycled 45km. Then I spent this afternoon gardening! I am beat, but knew that I needed yoga before I jump into the shower and order Thai for dinner...LOL too tired to cook! Thank you for joining me in MY Zen Den! Ive been super stressed with my student teaching and taking college classes. I went from running and lifting and swimming 5-7 times a week to maybe once a week. Im trying to give my body what it desperately needs and these videos are SO PERFECT! Theres not excuse when I can get in a little self love every day from my room. Thanks for your wonderful videos!!

This flow was perfect! I am sleep deprived after my birthday/mother's day celebrations. Company flew in and surprised me! It was beautiful. But, I am tired - didn't sleep well and there was extra work. Thanks you - feeling restored, loved, and grateful!

That was incredible. For the evenings when I'm not ready for any other workout it's so snoozing, relaxing. And for the mornings it also works amazingly well. I can feel my body stretch without any extra effort, and I'm ready for my very first cup of coffee. So, thank you so much for your marvelous video.

Nice.. Was telling my daughter about how wonderful you are. We are going to save and sign up for one of your yoga retreats. She is the one that introduce me to yoga and I would love to have a mother daughter retreat with her. Think that would be a wonderful treat.
