Omg this workout makes my legs and my butt burn like crazy! I love it! Would be nice to have more stuff for the calves but all in all this is the first leg workout that i really felt EVERYWHERE in my legs, not just the thighs. Your back workout is great too! I'm so glad I've found your channel ❤
Oh my god I loved this one! It combined a few of my favorite exercises of the hip strengthening video with a few other great ones! No longer need to decide which one I want to work on for leg day!
