This is a good workout but could you please do some arm modifications without bringing them above the shoulders, please. I have intense left shoulder, neck, and scapula pain when raising my arms above shoulders. Sometimes I don't do arms at all or I do biceps instead. Thanks, again, You rock!
I seriously love your low impact workouts the most! I have a knee problem so on days where I want to move but my knee doesn't allow me to, I click on one of these and it's just perfect.
