Thanks for this quick low impact workout! I didn't feel like doing a intense workout and this was just right.

This workout is a perfect example of how low impact does not mean easy. It got my heart pumping with simple, easy to follow moves! Thank you.

This is a good workout but could you please do some arm modifications without bringing them above the shoulders, please. I have intense left shoulder, neck, and scapula pain when raising my arms above shoulders. Sometimes I don't do arms at all or I do biceps instead. Thanks, again, You rock!

I seriously love your low impact workouts the most! I have a knee problem so on days where I want to move but my knee doesn't allow me to, I click on one of these and it's just perfect. You always make sure to adjust to people with limitations. And adding dumbbells makes it even better. It's a perfect start to my day. Thank you as always for your hard work, I am so grateful! excellent workout, short but effective. ....I added light hand weights and it upped the cardio burn. Will be hitting the repeat button on this one. Thanks for posting great workout content
