I've been doing your RU-vid resistance band workouts nearly every day for a month. Even in this short period, the degree of body transformation -- and more importantly the change in energy levels -- is quite incredible. Love your fun, folksy style of teaching. All the best to you and your family!

Probably won’t get a lot of initial calorie burn but remember your muscles are broken down and during recovery can burn calories for a few days after the actual workout.
