I have been wanting to see a video without lunges! Seems as if they have been in every video but I can't do them so I use those seconds as a water break 🙈. Now if I could get a video without music and just the beeps, it would be amazing!

OMG this was a hard workout 62 overweight with health conditions I would like a more easier workout I like your stuff workout I would like to be consistent with you do you have beginner workouts for people over 60☹

Great workout but I hate that sound at the end of 30 seconds. Hurts my ears so I don't think I will continue. Brian please put some pleasant sounds.
