I am 5' 4" tall and as on December 23rd 2023 my weight is 70KG. How long it will take to lose at least 5KG weight and belly fat using this exercise? @Brain
@briansyuki Keep your music style. That way we dont get distracted by the rhythm and trying to sing along. We need to focus on doing what we came here for and that's the exercise routine and nailing it. One Love ❤️

First time doing this video little arm and leg pains , but after 2 days i feel so comfortable with all my joints flexible enough and no more pains only fat loss.... grt workout in 20 mins, LOVE FROM INDIA ❤❤❤
Mr. Brian Syuki, I just wanted to say thank you for making these short 20 videos. As much as I can bike an hour and a half on the weekends, I have needed something shorter to fit into my work week. I LOVE the progress bar, the timer to the new exercise and the preview box for the next exercise. Also, the beep helps when I can close my eyes to concentrate and keeps🥰😁 me on track. Your videos are super helpful! Please continue to make more if you so choose, because I am enjoying them:)
Its so easy to follow, but omg second time and I still haven't finished the entire workout. But I'm getting there. I plan to follow this for a few weeks until I get the gist.

I really enjoyed the workout, I think I will add it to me weekly routine. For the first 5 minutes I was jogging on the spot in the 10 second break but by the end I needed them. The only caveat I will give is too many commercials, they threw my rhythm of a bit. However totally understand you need to make a living. Keep up the amazing work.
I never really did any serious exercises before but I'm trying to turn a new leaf, I was able to finish it completely on my first go and felt really goofy doing it but I'm gonna keep trying
