I am a digital nomad and have been traveling all over the world for the last four years. I've relied on your video workouts to keep me fit. Now I've advanced to TRX workouts with my traveling straps. I loved this workout! As a beginner it allowed me to focus on the moves instead of feeling like im about to pass out compared to other TRX workouts ive tried. Definitely doing it again!

I truly love your exercise videos. TRX is my favorite and you make it really accessible especially to those not as fit! I get really intimated by extremely high energy and heart pumping exercises but you provide a good challenge without being difficult to do! Thank you so much!

I went to the gym last night and did this workout, and I’m really sore, ouch! I didn’t think that I would be, but my triceps, biceps, quads, hamstrings and butt are really sore, great workout.

I love your workouts, especially because you offer so many options for different fitness levels! The lower body blast was one of my favorites. I just did the upper body blast for the first time today and I did have a question about it. I’m wondering if you have any suggestions to modify the floor work to make it easier on the wrists? I had to skip most of the end of this video because I have problems doing so much weight bearing through my wrists.

I love this TRX workout, I think that I’m going to try it in the gym tonight. I’ve had a membership for almost two years and I’ve only been once but I’ve recently lost 38 pounds and I’m feeling confident, I hope.

It was a special trainer TRX released a few years ago for breast cancer awareness. Unfortunately don’t think they sell it anymore.
