after hitting gym , i usualy eat rice,chicken with broccolis and if i don't have enough protein in the day i get a protein shake , but if you want the most results you have to space out your protein intakes throughout the day and make sure that you eat at least 2g of protein per kg of body mass per day or like 1g/lbs/day

Keep it relatively light if you’re going to eat food before the gym, but for after the gym it’s important to get in any protein shake and simple sugars in by way of fruit, berries, kiwi, etc…to assist muscle recovery. I’ve made it from 135lbs last year February to 200lbs today, the most important thing is staying consistent. It’s not one food or one workout that will work wonders it’s just keeping it up everyday. If you’re looking for more protein in your diet then it might be worth considering Whey protein. It can be really useful if you’re managing your calories or your macros. It’s also considerably cheaper than a lot of protein alternatives.

4:00 I eat chicken most evenings, eggs during day and protein shake with 2 scoops after gym. Also bread with peanut butter (am bulking so this helps too)

If you are bulking you should eat a lot more carbs, almost no carbs here (which is not recommended) if you think protein is all you need you are greatly mistaken

After workout, protein shake with almond milk, peanut-butter powder, raw honey and creatine. You need the protein and simple sugars right after your workout to replenish your glycogen stores and start repairing / build your muscle

if you dont like to eat a lot because you dont wanna bloat too much, you can try shakes/smoothies; also great as a pre or post workout 300 - 400 mls milk or soy milk, 30 g neutral isolate or whey, one tablespoon oats, and then frozen fruits an/or a banana, then add honey to taste if youre on a bulk add olive oil (100-150 cals) or try peanut butter if youre on a cut then no honey & use water i use this a lot because im sick of normal shakes, can use them as a side for any meal or when you dont want to put food in your stomach cals range from anywhere between 250 - ~700 for a 600ml shake with ~40 grams of protein

You shouldn't eat before the gym unless it's a quick snack for some fast carbs. After the gym for me I usually drink a protein shake with 30g in it, then I usually eat chicken and rice a few hrs later to get an additional 35-40g of protein and some good carbs

Its a good ideia to take a protein shake immediately after your workout so you can absorb protein very quickly. Then after some time you should eat rice and chicken or whatever

Chicken + rice (if you can do pulled chicken it tastes better) Potatoes + beef (almost the same as chicken and rice but can be more expensive) + a veg, I usually go for like broccoli, spinach or cauliflower, whatever’s cheap

1:16 They definitely don't survive zap but they still can survive poison if the poison tick timing and the multiply timing is 0.4s different (same interaction as tornado). You would want the evo skellies to reach the max count before poison (tornado) to prevent that I'm pretty sure how they rework the evo skellies is the new one won't spawn immediately after they hit something( after 0.01s then they spawn) to prevent evo skellies from surviving zap

@@SoyEasyCR Typically it's good to start hog first play, you can pair it with ice golem or skeletons depending if the opponent has duchess or cannoneer. If you don't have hog in starting hand, you can go for skeletons in the back or ice spirit at the bridge. You could also log first play but if they are playing log bait you are cooked. NEVER put musketeer in the back first play since you can lose immediately if they attack opposite lane.

fast food sint the best choice. Eat high protein like chicken with rice or skyr, oats and fruits. Canned tuna aint bad too, but not to often. Peanutbutter, cheese or any type of meat is also great. I always eat skyr or curd before gym

If you’re having trouble getting the protein in just buy protein powder. You don’t also have to eat protein right away after the gym, so you can cook a good meal when you get home, some chicken or eggs and cottage cheese.

Love chipotle after the gym but I also like switching it up. Chick fil a grilled nuggets are pretty solid for the amount of protein you get. If you manage to eat 30 of them that's about 100g of protein and 500 cals, I'll eat half and then eat the rest later or the next day. Could also just buy chicken breasts from the store and grill them to make them at home but I'm lazy

Personally I cant eat before or during, certain shapes like BCAAs that people drink during have carbs and for some reason it upsets my stomach. Depend on where you live, ahi tuna is pound for pound one of the highest proteins you can take. Also I make my Intek cookies and cream protein powder the night before in the fridge with water or milk whatever you want. I swear its like a milk shake the next morning. Best of luck!

Try to get whey isolate protein and mix it with peanut butter and milk after a workout, if you’re also trying to cut out chips or other unhealthy snacks you can do rice cakes with peanut butter.

I eat like Skyr idk the English word for it, it’s like yoghurt but it has like 12 protein per 100 grams and is low calories. If you’re tired of eating it you can add some syrup and some water and shake it and it’s like a yoghurt drink

you dont really need to eat after gym for protein, doesnt matter. Your Body needs a lot of hours to digest the food, so the protein. So the protein doesnt get absobed immediatly. But eating to get back energy is fine. And even tho my body cant use the protein immediatly, I still eat some high protein stuff after gym, just to get enogh protein through out the day

I eat 200 gm chicken breast sandwich which gives me around 65 grams protein, whey protein , protein oats at night or sometimes in breakfast, tofu, eggs , peanut butter (not much because I’m cutting rn) .. so I’m in a calorie deficit.. hope it helps

Try eating whole foods „only“ meat, eggs, nuts, honey, fruit and vegetables. The less junkfood the better. also when eating wholefoods your body will really tell you how much to eat. No matter if you eat train or rest, your body always gives you very much signs. just learn to read them and find out what works best for you

for me after gym you shouldn't wait too long to eat, and you should eat something with high protein such as chicken, beef, tuna, or maybe something as eggs or potato as you just came back from the gym, your body needs nutrients to repair all the muscle tissues.

The anabolic window is mostly a myth. With that being said muscles are most responsive to protein intake for many hours (potentially around 24) after a workout. Just as long as you’re eating fairly regularly and getting ~0.7 g/lb of protein (1 g/lb is actually wrong but not bad to do) you’ll be maximizing your gains on the dietary side of things. Before a lift I like to keep it simple, some carbs, usually a banana, caffeine, salt, plenty of water.

most of my meals are either 60g whey protein + a few table spoons(up to 12) olive oil with a multivitamin. Or banana+chicken+rice+icecream(in that order to avoid spiking blood sugar, cos proteins before carbs)

Eat 100g of carbs before the gym. Wait at least an hour after eating(preferably 2 hours) before going to the gym. Eat at least 120 grams of protein per day (depending on BMI) You don’t have to eat right after the gym, but if you do, carbohydrates and electrolytes are far more important than protein. Protein takes a long time to digest and take effect. therefore Protein timing is not very important. Just get your protein in everyday and you’ll be good. Pro tip: milk is packed with electrolytes. Perfect for a post gym Something lighter, like Gatorade. is perfect for pre gym. Dinner is the best time to get your protein in, since carbs are more useful during breakfast and lunch hours

For the daily eating you should eat around 45% protein and the other 55% between carbs and vegetables, you gotta make sure to eat any kind of protein daily like chicken, beef, pork, fish, etc.

If you’re bulking, make sure to eat a lot of protein and carbs. Water is equally important. Creatine helps a lot and it’s natural supplement. I would search up cheap, high protein foods that you like and create meals around them. Make sure to eat a lot of fruit too. If you want an easy way to track how much protein you need, 1g of protein per pound of body weight. As far as macros go, unless you are cutting I would just track how many meals you are eating a day and the quality of the meals. Hope this helps! Keep grinding 💪

A solid amount of protein for a post workout meal would be 30g or more. Keeping the meal lower in fat increases your absorption rate of nutrients. Current research says 0.7-0.8g per lb of bodyweight daily intake of protein to reach maximum protein synthesis.
