Dear Kellen 💜🫶 I saw your notification and what a joy...I'm here at home and I could practice immediately... You were here, with me, your voice, your soul 🙏🪷 thank, brilliant ray of Light ✨🦋
This is exactly what I needed - I'm always excited to see a new post. This is a great combo of moves. I've followed you for going on 4 years. No matter what else I'm doing, training with you is the foundation. Thanks again!
Kellen! It's so refreshing to come back to your flows after doing a lot of traditional exercise recently. It's so cool to see how you've evolved over the years but the message has always been the same... movement parallels life! Hope you've been well, can't wait to catch one of your classes next time I'm in MKE. Thank you for your endless resources. Stay weird my friend.
Well, I don't think I need my chiropractor anymore >:-). Thank you Kellen, you are improving my spine, joints and overall mobility - which means you are improving my 65 year old life! Thanks very much!
Hi Kellen!! Can’t wait to explore some of these movements today at the gym. I have implemented many of your recommendations in my practice. I can’t wait to try a few I saw just now. I love how you say make it your own. It gives us such freedom of our body. Great-full for your time you put into all your practices
Woow!! I just came across your channel. What flowy and fluid movements you teach with strengthening and mobility combined. I do lots of body movement teaching. I love your combo! It is almost a mix of jujitsu, gymnastics, Pilates, your cool personal touch. Well done. Definitely I join your channel. Thank you. From Australia 😃
Yes! Love that you can connect with the feeling of the movements. Keep exploring & playing. Find the ones that feel best for you and spend some time every day using them to give back to your body. To longevity & joy 🙏🏾🤍🙌🏽✨
Makes my day when I see a new practice from you - thank you for another great practice. Your voice is so damn soothing and I love the 20 in 20 kind of practice. Have an amazing day😄
Thank you for another awesome practice! Silly story - a stool collapsed under me at work a couple days ago, and in a split second I managed to grab the stool and pull it out from underneath me with one hand, landing on my feet. A coworker said I did some kind of spin on the way down, but I don't remember that part! lol I'm thankful I've spent so much time building an awareness of how to move with you, cause it surely would have hurt to land on that metal stool. 😂
Squirming!!! Could not have come at a better time. A few days ago I twinged my mid back, left side. I call it the breathing muscle because it hurt to breathe 😅 anyway, the squirming felt so good on that area, thank you again 😊
Years ago, I felt the same way...I needed my fitness to be more balanced in many ways. Hope you'll take what you need from these videos and keep building a practice that you love.
Can you please recommend a round mat to purchase? If my knees press into the floor it causes a lot of discomfort and pain. Are there any that are a little thicker than a typical yoga mat? Thank you!
Thank you Kellen. I loved it. Lateral mobility in the squat position and the lateral stretches have made me a lot of good. I will incorporate them into my practice. 🙏
You're my new favorite youtube movement educator! I love the accessibility and challenge this presents to folks not used to moving in these ways. I'll be recommending this as a home program to my massage clients. I'm looking forward to checking out your other content.
This was great! I commented on another one (thanks for responding) about slowing it down and then I found this. You are really changing my mobility. Went for a muddy hike yesterday and when I had a little slip, my back didn't seize and my body rebounded so much more easily than it ever would have .Thank you so much! Your videos are fun, playful, smart, and so useful. No more workouts, just play! Appreciate you.
Yes, great example! Ground movement acts as a buffer against those minor tweaks that occur in real life movement. The practice is helping bridge that gap between sedentary modern living and being free & confident to move in an environment.
