15/5/23 only the disciplined ones are free in life. I had to wake up early, resist hitting the snoop button and practice. I enjoyed the get up kick thru. Thanks Kellen for the mobility routine

Thank you Kellan. I fell play ice hockey while skating backwards and had to roll on the ice. I'm sure my roll wasn't beautiful, but I was okay. Just sore shoulder for one day. I have been following your practice and I know that helped. The fall motivated me to become even more regular with my practice.
