grazie, in realtà vorrei fare un video sulla gara in generale e sulla mia vittoria, senza denigrare nessuno però, se sminuissi i miei avversari sminuirei anche la mia prestazione dopotutto

Incredible endurance !! Got a question : during your rest time between the set (ex : 10min) do you do another exercice or just wait that your body has fully recoverd ?
