Far too late for my preference. Unless they plan on it being an eShop download for the Switch II on Day 1.

It will most likely be a Switch 2 release. Mihoyo has not been able to optimize it for the current hardware (Let's be honest... it has issues running on a PS4 even, with slight frame drops and some optimalization issues). I guess we'll just have to wait for more news after the Switch 2 release.

I could have sworn Dying Light 2 had already released on Switch... Oh well, not like it matters; Switch gamers are tired of being shafted with Cloud versions & most won't support it despite loving the port of the first game. They should have taken a lesson from how the KH Cloud collection flopped on Switch.

Because Mihoyo could not optimize it for the current Switch. They just released a new teaser after the Switch 2 announcement, so it is confirmed for the Switch 2 most likely.

Already confirmed in a teaser. Will probably be a Switch 2 release. The fact that they released the teaser AFTER the Switch 2 announcement en spec information release says enough.

Pressing X to Doubt there on Genshin Impact coming to the Switch this year, let alone EVER... Maybe for the Switch II as a launch title, but I still highly doubt that.

It has already been confirmed by Mihoyo in a very recently released teaser. Only issue is... they didn't specifically mention if it will be the current Switch or the Switch 2. But let's face it, current Switch cannot run Genshin Impact. Nor is Mihoyo able to optimize it for the current hardware. Edit: The fact that this teaser dropped AFTER the Switch 2 announcement says enough.
