Apart from the quality of the content as such, I have to admire that you (both) seem so authentic and sympathetic. Just take the fact that you answer almost everyone in the comments section in such a nice way. Much love from Germany, meine Freunde!
New to your channel, but I’m loving it so far! Robin looked amazing with the red lipstick in those pictures at the beginning of the video. Very Julianne Moore. I’m curious how old you both are?
Thanks for the video! Love to see these with your wife involved. Would you be willing to do one with her watch collection? And a female perspective on watch enthusiasm or collecting. Would be great! 🥂 cheers!
Thanks for answering my questions to the both of you! Did not expect Brian's first answer for what he imagines Robin wearing 😂 Stay safe and well in the ongoing pandemic! - Han
Great Q&A! I like the watches part, Brian almost went:fingers in the ears, lalalala... But honey , these are investment. 😂 As a watch enthusiast I can relate to. Cheers 🥂
I am getting married in March. I saw you sans socks in one tuxedo photo. Did you go without them for your wedding or was that too long ago? My fiancé is afraid it's not a timeless enough look.
A lovely video, you guys are so authentic. Choosing Black Afgano as a good date scent really surprised me though, haha. I think that one would be the last scent I would wear on a date. And may I ask where the glasses you wear in this video are from?
Hello! This is just a quick question about a video on the 10 essential ties from a while back. Would you mind letting me know where the deep red tie that you wore with the double breasted sexton suit is from? I know it’s been 3 months since the video but I haven’t been able to get the tie out of my head. Thank you and great job as always! sorry about the off topic question.
Really enjoyed this you two - thanks! I learn something new each time. Keep em coming. BTW, Brian (aka fellow watch fanatic!) I'm going to DM you a pic of my latest...I am IN LOVE. :-) Also, I totally understand where Robin is coming from - it is a very expensive hobby but I refuse to let that fact diminish the joy of it! :D
I enjoy your videos, so I dearly hope you won’t be offended by this. It’s probably not a good idea to say that you don’t like the “preppy” look. This is the Ivy look of the old New England “aristocracy, “ or Ivy League. This is an aesthetic cultivated over generations, and a lovely classic form. So better not to diss a whole social class,if it even is a “class” anymore.
Trends are fleeting and always pretentious. There is enough impact possible with the classics, that one doesn’t have to resort to popular gimmickry to make a positive powerful impression.
