I love those new headlight housings. Looks good on there. Definitely wish the 6th Gen Grand Prix had those easy headlight release tabs like the Regal, Impala and Malibu has.

Came out super sick! Wasn't even aware of the switchback idea. Cool how it is a similar tab mounting system to the w-body Regals, but a stationary clip. 🤔

They have similar headlights for impalas too i really like mine they look great with my gtr leds and switchbacks.

Those new housings give off cop car vibes; I wouldn't be surprised if people moved out of your way on the highway more promptly with those! Hang on to those old housings, though; they look like a great way to compare two brands of headlight restoration kits!

Adjustment angle matters far more than brightness. Get the bulbs you want just make sure they're aimed properly and you're fine.

Did the bottom of the reflector bowl being black affect the beam pattern at all? I'm looking to get those headlights and I didn't want to mess with the light output. I have Leds that just emit light on the sides of the bulb, so It doesn't really reflect off the bottom anyway. Nice malibu by the way!! love the mods you've done to it
