My suggestion would be to velcro mount the bowl lights to the plastic removable panel so they are easy to remove should you want to access removing the door panel for the future without risk of breaking them.
No, it wouldn't cuz we been tried numerous times to take off the door handle when filming videos for it. Just pry it off with a ruler and that would be one of the easy&safe ways to dismount this light.
