At first I thought you may have removed that loom for your diag. I would think you’d find some previous repairs in that mess. I thought you said it had no DTC in your title but actually had a MAF code ? After seeing that mess I’d be suspicious of any code this thing throws you’ve got electrons and mice running wild in that engine bay ! lol hope you charged well for your time, I considered this a self inflicted wound ! lol
I think the MAF code was thrown because someone had been unplugging things before I got there, so I don’t believe it’s related to anything so I didn’t count it as part of the problem. But you’re absolutely correct, it was definitely a self inflicted wound, wire loom is there for a reason!
