Great job! I like the idea of the silicone paste as a lube. I used anti-seize to lube the bearing and would look like the Tin Man afterwards. I was wondering how you were going to address the hub with the inner race still stuck in place situation but I see you installed a new hub. I used to do mobile service for SAABs. They had the press in wheel bearings. I always used my 20 ton hydraulic press at the shop. I used a bearing splitter to remove the inner race from the hub. I'd either have the customer come to the shop or would remove the knuckle assembly in the field and bring that back to the shop. That bearing kit makes it easy to do in the field. I used to bring a small twin tank air compressor to power my impact gun. This was before there were cordless impacts.

why you don't take last screw to have a knuckle out out on the table? You could have a much more room to access the bearing.

You're right you can unbolt the ball joint and take the knuckle out completely. That will give you some more room to work with 👍

You're a fast worker, but its easier to remove the axle nut with the wheel on the ground and torque it back. Also why not use the slide hammer with tie rod still mantled ?
