AWESOME VIDEO!!! My dad’s 99 Chevy Silverado 1500 z71 was passed down to me. He loved his truck but it needs a little TLC. Just curious about the parts you used..Where did you purchase the replacement assembles or do you have any recommendations about the assemblies themselves? Like what to stay away from. I have done a little research and found that not all replacement assemblies are DOT approved and there seems to be a wide range on cost too. Is it one of those things you get what you pay for? Have you had to replace the fog or tail lights? If so, do you have videos or suggestions about replacing those? Greatly appreciate the advice! Sorry just realized I went over the one question guideline.. 😔
All right I need knowledge on my 2001 GMC sierra 2500 the brakes do not work every time I place my foot on the brake the lights do not turn on. My reverse and my turn signals and the day light running work. I have checked the fuses for the lights outside and interior fuse box as well I have also changed the brake light switch I have come to the conclusion that the brake light switch is not putting out power for the brake lights to function. I have swapped out to brake light switches just to see but every time I put power from the power probe the brake lights turn on  unfortunately, I have not seen any RU-vid video for anything in regards to this issue if someone has knowledge or has had the same issue and has found the solution, please share the information with me as that is the only thing stopping me from driving it around thank you please 🙏 help
