Vintage or obsolete digital multimeters may look appealing but some of the cheapest one are a poor choice due to a couple of flaws. I will present what you should look at, giving another counter-example in this review.
Compared with the model presented in part 1, this one suggests some improvements but the design still shows issues. It shows that 5 more years and an apparent progress in capabilities is not enough to consider such a model an upgrade and why you should still avoid buying similar products instead of better and more modern designs!
